Christmas Service

“What a beautiful difference you’ve made in my life”

We were happy to welcome everybody back to our beautiful grounds for our fifteenth annual Christmas Remembrance Service on Sunday 4 December, 2022.

Thankfully the weather was kind, albeit a little chilly, which allowed the releasing of the doves.

We hope you found solace, peace and some healing within our gardens, amongst the other visiting families and wider community. The Christmas Service continues to remember those who have touched our lives and are no longer physically present while serving as a reminder that you are not alone. May they continue to rest in tranquil memories and reflections.

Service Moments

Our thanks to Carol Gully, Erika Biddlecombe, Folks-in-Harmony (Choir), Daniel del Piccolo (The Highland Piper), Karina Hind (Solo Singer) Co-op Funeralcare, Coghlan Funeral Directors, Avenue Audio (Sound Engineer), St John’s Ambulance, Jeanette Rawson (Florist), Memory Doves and all the volunteers, family, friends and staff who work tirelessly with parking, refreshments, candles and ongoings behind the scenes.

The entire PMG team wish you, and your families, a very peaceful and happy Christmastide. May the year anew greet you kindly.

Christmas Wreath
Song in the Songless
by George Meredith

They have no song, the sedges dry,
And still they sing.
It is within my breast they sing,
As I pass by.
Within my breast they touch a string,
They wake a sigh.
There is but sound of sedges dry;
In me they sing.
